Xe Pian River

Xe Pian NPA is located in two provinces, Champassak Province and Attapeu Province. Attapeu Province is the road less traveled. The unique natural features of Xe Pian NPA in Attapeu are three rivers: the Xe Pian, Xe Khampho and Xe Khong Rivers. These rivers are still well forested and are excellent places to see wildlife, most notably large waterbirds. Tours on the Xe Pian River start from Ban Mai Village, which has a boat association and homestays.
